Remix

I have just finished a remix of a track by DrXL:

The track will appear on a Pueblo Nuevo release shortly, other remixes by Javier Moraga, Alisu, Djef and others. As usual, I have taken a few musical elements and made the whole track into something rather removed from the original track. In particular, I took track down to half tempo and added subdivisions to get back some of the original tempo, but in the rhythms and phrasing only. This gives it a kind of dub fe, though not a dub track at all. Rather, it gives that kind of funky feel that I recently seem to get into so easily… Enjoy!
